Scott Bowen
Manager
Scott has been in the floorcovering industry since 1984, starting his career at Clendenin Lumber & Supply. Scott then worked in distribution & as a manufacturer's representative throughout the mid-west. In 2006, Scott returned to West Virginia and has grown Smith's Carpet One since then. Immediatley prior to joining Smith's Carpet One, Scott worked in Kansas City working with upper end designers & home builders. In his off time Scott enjoys customizing cars.

Rebecca Pomeroy
Design Consultant
Rebecca comes to Smith's Carpet One with a vast background in floor covering. She worked at one of the largest flooring stores in Cincinnati; Buddy's Carpet. Buddy's has since been acquired and is now another member of the Carpet One family.
Rebecca has only been with us a couple of months, but already, she has developed a "fan club" of satisfied customers.

DJ Jones
Master Installer - Carpet, Vinyl & Hardwood Floors
DJ has been with Smith's Carpet One for over fourteen years & is a second generation flooring installer. As we like to tell it, DJ was raised with a razor knife in one hand & a seaming iron in the other. No bio on DJ would be complete without paying respect to his late father: Terry Jones. Terry worked with Scott back in the 1980s & Scott says that DJ carries on the tradition of true craftmanship. It is good to know that DJ & his wife Jennifer have recently added another child to thier family. We can hardly wait until he is big enough to carry a tool pouch!

Rex Stone
Master Installer - Carpet & Vinyl
Rex Stone is another second generation installer. Rex has traveled most of the country working on large commercial installations. Rex is a big fan of the NASCAR truck series.
